DIRECTIONS:

Using a body scrub is simple and effective. Start by wetting your skin with warm water in the shower or bath to help soften the skin. Scoop out a generous amount of scrub and apply it to your body, focusing on rough areas such as elbows, knees, and feet. Massage gently in circular motions to exfoliate the skin. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat your skin dry and follow with a moisturizer to help maintain hydration. Use 2-3 times per week as desired. Close the container tightly after each use to help prevent water from entering the jar.
